Job Summary

Deliver technical expertise and build relationships with prospects and customers as they explore the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. Support customer engagements through demos, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept work, while learning to align solutions to business outcomes. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and partners to help customers realize value, and grow through hands-on labs, mentorship, and ongoing exposure to modern data and public cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support customer engagements by presenting Snowflake’s technology and vision and aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
•Collaborate on technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
•Partner with customers and technical champions to build trust and contribute to long-term customer success.
•Develop technical expertise through tailored demos, hands-on labs, and staying current on industry and competitive trends.
•Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Snowflake’s partner ecosystem to help customers realize value.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 137,812 annually

Key Requirements

•Some experience in a technical role (solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development), preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology.

•A customer-focused mindset to understand challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
•A collaborative, team-player approach working with peers, partners, and customers.
