Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
  • •Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting to support manufacturing operations.
  • •Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T and apply manufacturing standards to support production quality.
  • •Experience with CAD (preferably Autodesk Inventor) and CAM (preferably Mastercam), plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
