ML Systems Research Engineer, RL / Inference / Agent Systems

Build reinforcement learning, inference, and evaluation infrastructure for AI-for-engineering workflows. You’ll design scalable systems for job orchestration, sampling, scoring, caching, experiment tracking, and reproducible evaluation—especially for long-horizon, high-latency reward tasks. Work across compute optimization and hardware automation, create reward and evaluation methodologies (including uncertainty-aware methods), and integrate pipelines so LLM agents can use compilers, profilers, simulators, and benchmark harnesses.
