Key Responsibilities

  • •Support VistA and Ambient AI Scribe interface testing across Primary Care pilot and go-live sites, validating system interactions and technical workflows.
  • •Troubleshoot emerging technical issues via training sessions, office hours, and support calls; monitor collaboration platforms and engage end users to resolve access and equipment barriers.
  • •Perform structured root cause analysis, identify systemic patterns, and recommend remediation approaches based on recurring issue trends.
  • •Coordinate vendor troubleshooting independently and route tickets and technical findings to appropriate escalation teams and program leadership.
  • •Conduct workflow reviews and document best practices/workflow considerations; support demonstrations and translate testing findings into structured leadership recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/healthcare discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5 to 8+ years supporting healthcare operations, digital health platforms, telehealth systems, QA/testing, or enterprise software environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical and operational issues involving workflow, data, and configuration challenges.
  • •Experience supporting testing activities, defect triage, or validation workflows in complex enterprise technology environments.
  • •Experience coordinating with engineering teams, vendors, or operational support organizations, and distinguishing defects vs configuration vs workflow vs operational impact.
