Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of the Talent Acquisition team based in New York, supporting domestic and international offices.
  • •Coordinate and arrange interviews/meetings across multiple time zones.
  • •Act as a real-time point of contact for stakeholders globally throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • •Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • •Arrange travel and accommodations, help improve recruitment processes, and compile recruitment reports for updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including 2–3 years in an administrative role.
  • •Experience supporting a recruitment team by coordinating interviews and internal/external meetings.
  • •Experience interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies with a strong customer service and consumer experience focus.
  • •Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • •Experience working with an applicant tracking system (preferably Greenhouse) and vendor systems; strong event planning experience is a plus.
