Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision and strategy for Later Influence, connecting brands, creators, and commerce through AI, proprietary data, and creator commerce signals.
  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and MVP through scaling and ongoing optimization to improve campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
  • •Monitor and translate customer, creator economy, social, commerce, and partnership insights into a roadmap with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product organization, setting goals, career paths, and accountability.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to align product strategy with company objectives and targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning full product lines.
  • •Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS or marketplace-platform products, ideally in influencer marketing, creator economy, social, or commerce-adjacent AdTech/MarTech.
  • •Strong ability to turn customer and market insights into product strategy and revenue growth using metrics such as ARR/ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel.
  • •Experience building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth companies.
  • •Demonstrable experience with AI experimentation across the product management lifecycle, including prototyping and experimentation.
