  • •Handle import and export customs declaration and clearance for air and ocean shipments.
  • •Prepare and submit customs declarations for general import/export, bonded cargo, logistics center inbond/outbond, and transfer shipments.
  • •Manage bonded warehouse and logistics center customs operations in compliance with customs regulations.
  • •Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal logistics/warehouse teams to ensure smooth clearance.
  • •Review and verify shipping and customs documents, support customs inspections and document amendments, and maintain accurate records and system updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Customs Declaration Specialist officially certified by the Ministry of Examination, with solid customs compliance credentials.
  • •5+ years of customs brokerage experience, able to independently manage clearance, inspections, and exception handling.
  • •Hands-on experience with import/export customs clearance.
  • •Familiarity with Single Window and EDI customs systems.
  • •Experience with bonded warehouse, bonded factory, or logistics center operations, plus knowledge of Taiwan customs regulations and procedures.
