Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct cyber due diligence for infrastructure investments, supporting acquisitions, carve-outs, and wider transaction activity.
  • •Assess IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments across energy, transport, water, digital, and social infrastructure sectors.
  • •Identify cyber security risks, evaluate maturity levels, and develop practical remediation recommendations.
  • •Map security requirements, regulatory obligations, and minimum security standards to create robust improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong cyber security expertise in critical infrastructure environments across sectors such as energy, transportation, telecommunications, water, or social infrastructure.
  • •In-depth knowledge of cyber security frameworks, regulations, and governance, including NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NIS2, KRITIS, and NERC.
  • •Experience assessing and auditing both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, including their unique risks, threats, and controls.
  • •Proven ability to conduct OT cyber maturity assessments, identify control gaps, and develop practical remediation and resilience strategies.
  • •Strong client-facing and consulting skills to develop proposals, lead discussions, and deliver value to infrastructure operators, investors, and corporate clients.
