•Provide specialist procurement advice to private sector clients across various construction contracts.
•Manage and mentor the contract management team responsible for EPC/EPCM/DB contracts and other subcontracting activities.
•Establish processes and standards for subcontract oversight and compliance monitoring.
•Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external EPC/EPCM/DB contractor and equipment suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
•7-10 years of procurement management experience, preferably in construction.
•Experience with various forms of contracts for construction projects.
•Experience managing procurement processes in a multi-contracted environment.
•Experience implementing procurement strategies including risk identification, quantification, and allocation.
