Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for customer-facing digital experiences across vehicle interfaces, iOS/Android apps, customer web, and applicable fleet/operational tools.
  • •Define and prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility while aligning with vehicle/software/commercial initiatives.
  • •Create a seamless customer experience across onboarding, remote vehicle controls, service/support, and telemetry/ride analytics.
  • •Translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • •Conduct customer interviews/usability studies and use KPIs, adoption/engagement/retention/satisfaction, and telemetry/analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-mobility or software-enabled consumer/hardware-adjacent products.

  • •Strong written communication skills and comfort producing structured documentation.
