Own HR data strategy and infrastructure by consolidating and standardizing workforce data across Workday, One Model, SharePoint, and external sources to create a trusted single source of truth. Build executive-ready dashboards and reports (Power BI and One Model) and move reporting toward predictive analytics for workforce metrics like attrition, hiring forecasts, engagement, and organizational health. Partner with vendors, drive data governance, and enable self-service analytics for HR teams.
