Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related) plus 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • •Advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling knowledge and GIS platform experience (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS Pro, and related tools).
  • •Demonstrated project leadership, including successfully managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
  • •Strong communication skills with experience presenting to technical audiences and public stakeholders.
