Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute procurement strategies for Energy & Utilities across EMEA, including renewable energy sourcing and decarbonization initiatives.
  • •Lead sourcing initiatives and manage Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), green certificates, and electricity/gas sourcing activities.
  • •Drive utilities sourcing and supplier management across manufacturing sites, including regionalization and standardization of utility-related services and contracts.
  • •Lead supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract renewals, supplier performance governance, and risk management.
  • •Deliver value through savings and continuous improvement, track procurement benefits, and support cross-functional project delivery with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
  • •Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment.
  • •Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and sourcing projects.
  • •Knowledge or experience in energy, utilities, facilities, MRO, engineering, or technical services procurement is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred (Engineering, Procurement, Energy Management, or related field).
