Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of complex restructuring, recapitalisation, liability management, and distressed M&A transactions.
  • •Manage day-to-day running of live mandates and coordinate workstreams across stakeholders.
  • •Develop and review financial models, liquidity forecasts, capital structure analyses, and valuation materials.
  • •Prepare and oversee client presentations, board materials, marketing documents, and transaction analyses.
  • •Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates while supporting business development activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in investment banking or restructuring advisory, accounting advisory, or boutique restructuring.
  • •Proven track record executing restructuring, distressed advisory, special situations, and/or leveraged finance transactions.
  • •Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • •Deep understanding of capital structures, debt products, credit markets, and restructuring processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent academic achievement) required.
