Remote Outbound Sales Representative - Contract

Support outbound customer sales and retention through proactive outreach, recommending products and services tailored to customer needs. You’ll manage call flows, deliver first-call resolution, educate customers to create needs, and execute against financial objectives and KPIs. The role also includes following up for satisfaction, expanding opportunities, accurately documenting interactions in internal systems, and maintaining strong product knowledge and confidentiality.
