Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload inbound shipments and inspect packaging, verifying contents against packing slips, POs, and certifications.
  • •Process receipts in the ERP system with accurate part numbers, quantities, heat/lot numbers, and serial data; route materials to inspection/stockroom/production per procedure.
  • •Identify discrepancies (shortages, overages, damage, wrong material) and escalate to supply chain and quality.
  • •Pack, crate, and palletize outbound hardware and generate shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists) while coordinating carriers and freight forwarders.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy and SUBSAFE chain-of-custody by tracking ERP transactions, put-away/location accuracy, cycle counts, material segregation, and compliance with ITAR/EAR/DOT regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • •Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required or obtainable).
  • •U.S. Person status (ITAR requirement).
