Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and participate in strategic enterprise initiatives for the design, implementation, and support of the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • •Work with stakeholders to define process enhancements, manage key decisions/risks/actions/dependencies, and implement functional strategy.
  • •Perform technical/functional problem solving and troubleshoot complex issues; recommend strategic changes to improve reliability and accuracy.
  • •Develop and implement integrated solutions with other enterprise applications, ensuring stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Manage project deliverables, third-party suppliers, metrics/feedback, training for users, and continuous improvement activities; ensure production applications meet service-level expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related) and 8+ years of IT/Quality experience, including customer-facing requirement gathering, functional/technical solution design, and support.
  • •Experience managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations.
  • •Working knowledge of the SAP Quality Management module (SAP Quality Notifications and SAP S4 experience desired).
  • •Ability to document requirements and translate them into specification documents that meet business needs.
  • •Experience with functional problem-solving, integration between Quality Management Systems and enterprise applications, and ensuring training and service-level expectations.
