Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, logistics, and follow-through on actions.
  • •Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements across the region and prepare accurate expense reports.
  • •Draft and review executive communications and support operational needs and special projects as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience (1-2 years) supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in a regional or global organization.
  • •Strong business English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
