Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex and mega projects.
  • •Manage contract success criteria across time, cost, and performance parameters and implement project governance processes and systems.
  • •Lead cross-functional project controls inputs in a matrix environment.
  • •Maintain the risk register and monitor/advise on project finances, using KPIs to improve project performance.
  • •Act as day-to-day interface with the client project team to ensure objectives are met and delivery is on time, within cost targets, and to quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
  • •Professional experience undertaking project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
  • •Experience with planning & scheduling and cost management.
  • •Strong experience in risk management, change control, and project information/reporting for complex projects.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and cost management systems such as Prism and Unifier.
