Lead Proj Mgmt Specialist

Guide and manage end-to-end project delivery through Blueprint/build and roll-out phases. Oversee resource allocation, ensure E2E processes and handoffs are vetted, and support discussions with business and S4 leaders. Act as an escalation point, manage deviations and foundational process changes, and drive transformation outcomes aligned to the business case and vision. Coordinate program health, risks, dependencies, compliance, and communication to stakeholders across regions and plants.
