  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on government contracting regulations, procurement integrity, and supply chain compliance across development and production programs.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate high-complexity master procurement agreements, vendor flow-down matrices, and specialized compliance addenda.
  • •Counsel on supplier vetting, due diligence, and onboarding requirements, including review of supplier certifications and compliance documentation.
  • •Advise on counterfeit part prevention and trusted supplier program requirements, including component obsolescence and distributor qualification.
  • •Maintain compliance frameworks and workflows (including intake controls) for FAR/DFARS flow-downs and certifications, and advise on hardware provenance, traceability controls, and trade requirements (customs, export controls, sanctions).

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree from a top-tier accredited law school.
  • •Licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience focused on regulatory compliance, supply chain, trade, or commercial law.
  • •2+ years of experience with FAR/DFARS supply chain compliance and certifications (or UK/AUS/EU equivalents).
  • •Strong understanding of the legal aspects of supply chain management, with meticulous attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
