Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site inspections for fire protection and life safety systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • •Witness testing and commissioning activities, verifying system performance and documentation.
  • •Identify non-conformities, issue inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve site-related fire protection issues.
  • •Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, compliance records, and ensure HSE and company IMS procedures are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification related to fire and life safety systems.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire protection inspection, testing, commissioning, or site supervision.
  • •Relevant certifications such as NFPA, CFPS, IFE, or Civil Defence approval (or equivalent) are preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of international fire codes and standards (NFPA, IBC, BS, UAE Fire Code, etc.).
  • •Ability to conduct inspections, verify documentation and system performance, and support corrective actions.
