Work with the Commercial Bank Strategy team and business leaders to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives. Use market, customer, and competitive intelligence to support business growth, analyze internal and external data, and develop recommendations. Own projects and priorities by delivering reporting, analytic support, and research, and create clear presentation materials for status updates to manager and leadership. Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week on-site at a nearby office.

•Develop and support strategic initiatives in partnership with executives, defining problems, structuring frameworks, and building recommendations for execution
•Coordinate and create presentation materials and supporting documentation for regular initiative status updates to managers and leadership
•Analyze internal and external data to provide intelligence, insights, and recommendations to commercial leadership
•Own projects and priorities by providing reporting, analytic support, and research, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time
•Analyze project and business results, collect/solicit field feedback, and identify potential areas for improvement

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, finance, consulting, or similar relevant experience
•1-2 years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, including problem-solving and strategic thinking
•Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Data Sciences
•Understanding of commercial banking products and services
•Ability to synthesize, create, and communicate clear analytical insights to senior leadership
