Job Summary

Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for ZOLL’s Acute Care Technology solutions across Europe. You’ll bridge ZOLL technology and customers, support sales growth for ZOLL Code Data, and oversee technical aspects of complex enterprise software and hardware deals. Work closely with direct sales teams and distributors from a remote home office, delivering product demos and troubleshooting technical issues while traveling ~50% across West Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a bridge between ZOLL technology and customers, supporting a smooth sales process.
•Work with direct sales teams and distributors to support ZOLL Code Data sales growth throughout the sales process.
•Oversee all technical aspects of the commercial process for enterprise software and hardware solutions.
•Deliver product demonstrations and presentations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all levels of the business.
•Travel from a home office to sales regions (estimated 50%) and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience working with SaaS (software as a service).
•Solid working knowledge of networks, including firewalls and certificates.
•Experience with data-related solutions and integrating other systems.
•Previous experience with matrix organizations and CRM.
•Ability to understand technical issues and solve customer problems.
