Enrolled Nurse - High Care (Ward S)

Provide safe, quality nursing care in line with the Scope of Practice for patients in a high-care ward. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, prevent, and report risks that ensure patient safety, and support a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate nursing intervention records, participate in staff competence-building through learning environments, and ensure stock/equipment is accurately charged.
