Job Summary

Own 2–4 enterprise AI-agent client engagements end to end: scope the problem, diagnose needs, write and pitch proposals, close next phases, prototype quickly, and drive delivery against plan and milestones. Lead workshops and iteration sessions, keep stakeholders aligned, and collaborate with engineers to transition prototypes to production. You’ll design, manage projects, and prototype with modern AI agent workflows—using tools like Claude and Cursor.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as single point of accountability for two to four client engagements, owning plan, timeline, milestones, risks, and delivery status.
•Scope and diagnose client needs, write and pitch proposals, and close next phases through workshops, demos, and iteration sessions.
•Build the first working prototype quickly (often within the first week) and prototype enough to clearly specify what engineers should build next.
•Lead design work and meaningful coding/prototyping using AI-native workflows, keeping clients and internal stakeholders in the loop.
•Transition engagements from prototype to production by bringing in engineers and staying accountable for delivery and handoffs as engagement shapes require.

Key Requirements

•Former founder or startup builder, AI consultant, solutions architect, or product leader with strong startup execution instincts.
•Technical enough to prototype quickly and guide engineering on what to build during the early prototype stage.
•Comfortable speaking with CEOs and executives, with strong business intuition.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication, including building decks and pitching clearly to get to “yes.”
•Deep motivation and judgment around AI agents, with a systems-thinking mindset.
