  • •Research target accounts to understand hiring needs, why support may be needed, and where Wing fits.
  • •Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • •Hold early discovery conversations and communicate Wing’s value clearly enough to earn the next meeting.
  • •Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM and share market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
  • •A genuine interest in B2B sales, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
  • •Proven experience with sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication that can make outreach compelling.
