Identify companies actively hiring roles Wing supports, research target accounts, and run high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Conduct early discovery calls to uncover needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote/AI-enabled workforce solutions, then book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Partner with Sales to keep CRM data accurate and feed market insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and outbound strategies.

•Identify and qualify companies actively hiring roles Wing can service, including through outbound prospecting.
•Research target accounts to understand hiring needs, why support may be needed, and where Wing fits.
•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Hold early discovery conversations and communicate Wing’s value clearly enough to earn the next meeting.
•Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM and share market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•A genuine interest in B2B sales, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
•Proven experience with sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication that can make outreach compelling.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
