Supervise and coordinate venue security operations for guests at The Truth. You will direct security staff, provide guest service, lead staff training and positioning, and communicate shift challenges and assignments with management. Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise security staff and other employees providing security services for guests.
•Provide guest service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries and complaints.
•Lead staff training, staff positioning, and managing breaks, ensuring staff are informed of event-specific details.
•Assist the Security Manager with compliance of security policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
•Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, and oversee security staff productivity and work assignments during shifts.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
•Must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain a valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration ("Guard Card") upon hire.
•Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment, and enforcement procedures.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong judgment and tact/diplomacy.
