Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage individual construction tasks, including submittal and RFI processes, change order management, punch-list management, and close-out documentation.
  • •Support establishing project governance, systems, and processes; help ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Interface with stakeholders (executive management, project teams, consultants, and vendors) and maintain issues/actions logs through closure.
  • •Contribute to reporting and cost tracking, including maintaining project cost tracking and EVM systems and liaising with finance for cost data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

  • •0-2 years of industry experience and the ability to develop through a structured graduate program.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, with preferred degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
