Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple divisions in the PCA department, overseeing fund accounting, fund administration, and financial reporting.

  • •Work with technology partners to automate unit operations and directly oversee automation projects to meet targets.
  • •Execute strategic direction for business function activities and drive complex, cross-disciplinary initiatives.
  • •Manage multiple units or functions through direct management of a group of managers, including staffing and expense/salary review decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge and experience managing large-scale or complex operations, preferably within the alternatives sector.
  • •Knowledge of business strategy development to support long-term planning and profitability/performance of a major business segment.
  • •Strong leadership and organizational skills to direct activities for multiple units and manage organizational priorities.
