Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow HS&E policies and ensure pilot plant and laboratory operations follow HS&E procedures.
  • •Execute new product development programs in hydroprocessing and renewable fuels, delivering projects on agreed PAC timelines.
  • •Lead pilot plant experimentation and drive model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) to improve experimentation effectiveness and agility.
  • •Interface with R&D functions (research, manufacturing, process design/development, material characterization) to deliver development programs.
  • •Provide technical support to regional customers, lead demo programs, and recommend actions for catalyst performance and catalyst reload projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology from a reputed institute.
  • •2–5 years of work experience for bachelor’s/master’s or 0–2 years for PhD.
  • •Strong interest in R&D work.
  • •Strong technical skills for leading experimentation and data analysis.
  • •Ability to drive innovation as a self-starter.
