Key Responsibilities

  • •Own short- and long-term factory capacity planning aligned to forecasted demand and business requirements.
  • •Perform monthly S&OP capacity analysis and present findings, risks, and recommendations to management.
  • •Create, maintain, and improve capacity models, updating them for NPI introductions, process changes, cycle time improvements, and equipment additions.
  • •Collaborate with the Test Engineering Team to ensure capacity analysis uses the latest test times, yield data, and process information.
  • •Support factory layout planning by optimizing equipment placement, space utilization, and manufacturing flow.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
  • •2 to 5 years of related experience in capacity and layout.
  • •Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Familiarity with capacity analysis (short-term and long-term, including capital expenditure planning) and ability to enhance capacity models.
  • •Good leadership and communication skills to drive capacity improvements.
