Own federal/capital material management for the Anduril Composites branch by building and maintaining material procedures and processes. Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements, establish end-to-end inventory controls (FIFO, variances, cycle counts, audits), and drive inventory accuracy to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Partner across government property, procurement, production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and quality to align demand, planning, and on-time delivery, while using ERP/WMS tools and lean practices to improve efficiency.

•Implement end-to-end inventory management controls (FIFO adherence, variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits) to ensure accuracy.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (government property, procurement, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and quality) to support demand forecasting, procurement planning, and timely material delivery.
•Use ERP and WMS systems to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
•Lead and develop a warehouse team through guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain roles in an aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environment.
•Onsite availability and ability to be local to Morrisville, NC.
•Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
•Experience implementing SOPs and ERP/WMS improvements to support material/inventory management.
