Job Summary

Maintain continuous production flow on fresh food lines by hanging live birds on the overhead shackle line, controlling feed rate, and performing assigned production tasks to support efficiency and throughput. Relieve team members for breaks and absences, transport DOAs, and support sanitation and food safety. Follow SOPs and comply with Tyson policies, OSHA regulations, USDA requirements, and plant procedures in a cold, dusty, temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Hang live birds onto the overhead shackle line from the live bird hanging conveyor.
•Maintain continuous product flow to support efficiency and throughput.
•Relieve team members on the production line for breaks, lunches, and absences, and fill in during labor shortages.
•Perform multiple production tasks including packing, sorting, staging, and material handling.
•Monitor work areas for product quality, food safety, and sanitation; follow SOPs and comply with Tyson/OSHA/USDA requirements.
