Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Incident Commander across the full range of severities, orchestrating the incident process company-wide and owning the accuracy of incident data.
  • •Enforce incident response practices and identify cross-org gaps that delay MTTR or block the incident lifecycle.
  • •Provide clear, timely stakeholder updates during critical incidents and keep incident documentation current through change management.
