Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regulatory expertise in payroll, tax, social security, labor, and employment compliance for the US and assigned jurisdictions.
  • •Translate legislation into scalable product requirements, including review of designs and validation of system logic, calculations, workflows, and outputs.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams on complex compliance questions and emerging regulatory developments.
  • •Lead or support compliance assurance activities, including compliance assessments and audits/investigations, and recommend remediation for compliance gaps.
  • •Drive regulatory intelligence and compliance change management by monitoring trends, communicating impacts, and enabling compliance frameworks and training.
