  • •Lead, manage, and develop a high-impact enterprise security team, acting as the senior authority on regional security matters.
  • •Design and evolve the regional physical security strategy and operational security model, including access control and guard force management.
  • •Own the regional risk posture and implement tailored mitigation measures aligned to the global risk framework.
  • •Lead regional crisis/incident management, communications, and response while embedding security across the business.
  • •Manage vendor engagement and budgeting/financial management, and strengthen external partnerships with law enforcement, federal agencies, and third-party vendors.
