Job Summary

Supervise and train production personnel during daily shifts to ensure safe, high-quality manufacturing and on-time delivery. Lead production workflow and safety/quality execution, operate work-center stations for troubleshooting, run shift meetings and huddles, enforce proper safety equipment and procedures, and maintain clean, orderly work areas. Partner with the Production Manager, Safety Coordinator, and other teams to meet shift production capacities, complete production reports, and support performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise personnel, production workflow, safety, and quality during the shift
•Operate all stations of the work center for employee training and troubleshooting
•Confirm employees are instructed on proper safety procedures and ensure correct safety equipment is worn
•Assist the Production Manager with production line personnel and workflow; allocate staff to areas to meet scheduled jobs and production efficiencies
•Complete beginning/end-of-shift meetings, produce end-of-shift reports, and support safety trainings and performance feedback/disciplinary processes

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

•Ability to work in a factory environment and perform manual labor
