Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
  • •May manage and develop 1–2 analysts, coaching and mentoring to develop and retain talent.
  • •Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling and analytics.
  • •Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Drive credit performance improvements by building risk models, monitoring rigorously, and testing hypotheses using analytic approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related).
  • •Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with quantitative concentration (to be obtained on or before the scheduled start date).
  • •Preferred: 5+ years of experience in analysis.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of experience in people management.
