Brand Manager - Beauty

Lead a portfolio of skincare and makeup brands, owning full commercial performance including P&L. Drive sales growth through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and portfolio management, while planning marketing and trade marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness. Manage forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning, build relationships with brand principals, negotiate commercial agreements, and partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and eCommerce to support omnichannel growth and identify new opportunities from market trends.
