•Work on correctness-critical problems spanning jurisdiction logic, deadline calculation, cross-system data sync, and dependent billing.
•Lead end-to-end projects: shape design, document reasoning, and drive work across all impacted teams.
•Mentor and develop engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussions.
•Represent the team in cross-Clio technical discussions on architecture, standards, and ambiguous cross-team issues.
•Move fast sustainably by amplifying output with AI while maintaining enough structure for clarity.
