Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to core business areas with tailored risk mitigation strategies for specific business lines.
  • •Cultivate executive relationships across the enterprise to drive collaboration and reduce silos.
  • •Own and enhance internal and external reporting processes, ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory and internal expectations.
  • •Map and adjust localized business processes to align with corporate requirements and risk frameworks.
  • •Author, review, and continuously refine governance documents and develop risk tools, templates, job aids, and training materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients.
  • •Preferred: At least 3 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs within a Risk function, plus PMP or a Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM).
