Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive additive process projects to improve printer platform robustness and repeatability using machine issue analysis, failed builds, and sensor/in-process data.
  • •Contribute to the end-to-end design, development, and testing of additive processes using powder-bed and powder-fed approaches.
  • •Identify and implement process improvement efforts across every step of the additive process.
  • •Advise and collaborate with the design team to incorporate and optimize features for additive manufacturing.
  • •Generate and optimize build files and establish data collection systems to produce high-quality parts with maximum consistency while minimizing data collection burden.
