Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, secure, and ensure availability of Storage and SAN infrastructure while following operational, security, and procedural models.
  • •Automate infrastructure tasks using SRE principles and infrastructure-as-code to reduce repetitive processes.
  • •Perform complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration, and documentation for storage and backup environments.
  • •Support complex storage and backup devices (SAN/NAS/backup solutions) across tiers with minimal supervision.
  • •Participate in on-call support and scheduled shift days to support the infrastructure and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • •0.5–3.5 years of commercial experience in an associate level role.
  • •Experience working in an infrastructure support role and/or a keen interest in storage infrastructure support.
  • •Interest in scripting/coding to automate infrastructure tasks.
  • •Experience with UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris), VMware or other hypervisors, and Windows operating environments.
