Key Responsibilities

  • •Differentiate product innovation by translating adjacent-industry ideas into PRDs and operator-first workflows for the KVM portfolio.
  • •Own full P&L for the portfolio: value-based pricing, discount structures, packaging, and financial models for investment decisions.
  • •Identify adjacent market opportunities and package secure command-and-control KVM infrastructure into solutions for immediate go-to-market by Sales.
  • •Engage customers, channel partners, and end users to capture workflows and pain points, and turn insights and competitive analysis into product requirements.
  • •Define and prioritize the product roadmap across baseband, copper, fiber, and secure desktop KVM; deliver gate packages on schedule and oversee NIAP certification and DoD compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with hardware or physical-layer products, with prior AV/KVM/broadcast experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated P&L ownership including pricing, margin management, and business case development.
  • •Experience selling into or building products for government, defense, or similarly regulated environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field, plus hands-on experience launching/scaling hardware portfolios.
  • •Familiarity with NIAP/DoD security concepts; valued options include MBA, CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, and fiber certification (CFOT).
