Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
•Engage Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
•Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capabilities or propose architect solutions through customization.
•Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders by aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
•Run Success Architect engagement playbooks tailored to Agentforce + Data Cloud customer needs, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in both French and English.
•Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, preferably in Agentforce or Data/AI areas.
•Minimum 8 years of proven enterprise consulting experience implementing Salesforce solutions, including customer data use cases.
•Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, guiding customers through migration and optimization of Salesforce solutions including Agentforce and Data360.
•Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices, with excellent communication across cross-functional teams.
