Senior Project Manager - Retail Construction

Lead end-to-end delivery of retail construction and refurbishment projects for the Real Estate team in Leeds, acting as the key day-to-day client interface. Establish success criteria, plan detailed project plans, and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues. Set up project governance and processes, facilitate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs and finances, manage change control, and produce formal progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
