First Line Manager Brewing Operations

Lead a team of operators in brewing operations by running shift handover meetings, planning staffing, identifying training needs, coaching and evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement proposals. Balance new, more efficient ways of working with standardized, sustainable processes. Ensure target setting, performance management, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget while developing team members and supporting operational flexibility.
