Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform core coil assembly tasks across workstations (ovens, kitting, hot press/squeeze and bake, thermal fold, assembly weld booth) to support transformer coil production.
  • •Verify materials (size, part number, condition, quantity), match coils and cores, and prepare materials for coil winding operators.
  • •Assemble kits for coil orders and stock bins; weld low voltage leads and cut copper leads and ground straps based on process release orders.
  • •Compress coils, load/unload onto conveyors/pallets/racks for baking, inspect and scan units, and route finished coils and unused materials correctly.
  • •Enforce lockout/tagout protocols, follow safety and 5S+ housekeeping practices, and operate equipment including forklifts/pallet jacks and overhead cranes.

Key Requirements

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered.
  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to operate industrial equipment and hand tools.
  • •Ability to interpret document specifications and perform basic mathematical functions.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work efficiently in hot environments while following PPE requirements.
