Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable implementations. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, performance tuning, and security/compliance adherence, while integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers. Support pre-sales solutioning, demos, and proposal development, and stay current with ServiceNow releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
